Madigan Estates, located in Houlton, Maine, has a full or part time position available for an Occupational Therapist or Occupational Therapist Assistant to join our professional team to provide quality care in our skilled and long-term care nursing facility.

Madigan Estates is a 99-bed licensed health care facility providing long term, skilled and rehabilitation care located in Houlton, Maine. Our goal is to provide quality care to our residents and to assist them to maintain and achieve their maximum level of mental, physical and social well-being. Health care services are organized and delivered through a plan of care individually developed to meet the needs of each resident.

Qualifications:

· Possess an OT or OTA degree

· Possess current, active license to practice as an OT or OTA in the State of Maine

CNA Class (floor aide then nursing assistant until on CNA registry)

We are offering a free* Certified Nursing Assistant training for those who qualify and a part-time or full-time job upon successful completion of the class. Scheduled classroom and clinical time are paid. Class will begin mid June.
